Hours 10 a.m.–3 p.m. (Extended Care Available from 9–10 a.m. and 3–4 p.m. for $5/hr.)
Iverbe Baseball Camp is devoted to creating a fun, positive week of learning. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, rewarding environment where players are positively encouraged to develop their baseball skills.
Activities:
The Iverbe Baseball Camp program is designed to stimulate a love for the game in young athletes by showing them how to accelerate their individual progress. Our camp program emphasizes fundamentals, cooperation, and sportsmanship. Players will leave Iverbe Baseball Camp with energy, enthusiasm for the sport, and improved self-confidence – all keys to growth as a player.
Meet the Director
Paul Casillas – Paul Casillas was born in Santa Monica, California, and has been teaching and working with kids on the Westside for the last 15 years. Paul started his teaching at Village School in the Pacific Palisades, then taught 5th grade in LAUSD for 3 years, and has spent the last 20 years teaching 6th grade math and elementary physical education at The Willows Community School. He has also been a coaching baseball, football, soccer and basketball at The Willows for the past 20 years. He played soccer and baseball Santa Monica High School. His college baseball career included two years at El Camino College, and after receiving a baseball scholarship, he played 2 years at Loyola Marymount University.
